Location: the hotel was not far from a safe area that is close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance from tourist sites, the nearest metro station and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Nice services were available.

It's close to various sight seeing locations but if you are looking for something close to Metro then it's not really close. However bus stop is close by.
We had hard time finding it, they just print-out of hotel name posted on wall which is hardly visible. so keep your eyes wide open for that :)

The location was fantastic for exploring Rome.
I faced issues with the hot water in the shower, and although I reported it, the staff couldn't resolve the problem. The WiFi connection was unreliable on our last evening. It might have been due to the number of guests using it. It was disappointing to experience these problems while otherwise enjoying my stay.

Its location near the train station.
Got a nice size room with a rather hard, a shower, for instance. Fab and fabulous food, nice service.

Cheap, good location and fair breakfast. Nice people over the reception.
They charge taxes, so at the end you have to pay like 2€ more per person per night, when the price is supposed to be the one that booking gives you. Other than that it's fine.

Great location: many buses a minute away leading to major stations and places, 5-10 min walk to villa Borghese... Friendly staff. You can leave your luggage in the 'hotel' on your last day if your flight/train is later in the day and you get a set of keys to pick it up at your convenience.
A few major inconveniences: no hot water (just warm); the window in our room did not close properly, and as there's a red light on the street with noisy old buses passing and stopping under our window, made the night's sleep hard to catch (this may not be true for all rooms); the bathroom could have been cleaner; the breakfast was very simple.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to the metro station. I really appreciated having air conditioning during the heatwave, and the fridge in my room was handy for keeping drinks cool after exploring. Plus, it is conveniently located near grocery stores.
The shared bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, disappointing.

This is a Bed and Breakfast, everything is basic. Everything very simple but acceptable. We liked the location of this residence, a safe neighbourhood and in principle it is possible to reach all main touristical attractions of Rom by Feet. wifi was ok.
Somethings were too basic for us. No Tea for breakfast, orangejuice machine not working, factory bread. The bathroom required permanent open window to avoid smell of sewer air. Noicy building. We could hear every word said by personell at reception and breakfast room. Reserve room far from reception! Conclusion: Don't expect to much.

Excellent position near city center (10 mins by foot to Trevi, Termini, Piaza Spagna, 5 mins by food to Borghese Park). Very good hospitality of the staff.
I went for a shared bathroom. Not so good looking - there need to be done some renovations.

The room was okay, but nothing special. We had air conditioning, great in the heat of Rome. The bathroom could definitely use a good clean, and we didn't have any soap during our 5-night stay. The shower was decent, but kind of cramped. The fridge was a nice touch for keeping drinks cool after a long day. I'd say it worked for us but not without its quirks!

Pretty clean, good neigbourhood, everything worked well in the room.
A very modest breakfast, the towels weren't changed, the Wi-Fi worked only in one corner of the room and the network of the hotel itself was passworded and closed.
